So Why Do I Need Snatch & Clean and Jerk Technique?

Watch The Video Below To Find Out.

What to Expect

Learn to lift the right way.

  1. How to do perfect squats.  Squatting is the foundation of good weightlifting, learn exactly how to improve your mobility and stability for snatches and overhead squats.
  2. How to lift more weight.  How wide to grab to make the weight feel it's lightest.  Learn why your glutes might be "turned off" causing you to lose strength on your pull.
  3. How to keep your shoulders healthy.  How to fix your forward lean and save your shoulders.  Why your tight pec muscles and tight lat muscles are killing your overhead squat and what to do about it.
  4. How to get under the bar faster.  Learn how to not pull the bar any further than you have to.  If you can get under the bar faster you won't have to pull the bar any further than your belly button.
  5. Where the bar should make contact.  Get the best leverage to make the weight feel lighter.  By improving your leverage you can move faster and be more explosive during your lifts.
  6. How to get in the "power position".  2 Simple drills for getting in the strongest position.  How to "pop the bar off your hips" to add explosive bar speed and give you more time to squat down and receive the weight.
  7. The proper bar path.  How to pull the bar into you.  How to get the weight to roll right onto your shoulders during cleans as well as float right over your head during snatches.
  8. How to maximize power.  How to do a perfect 2nd pull (essential for hitting new PR's in the gym).
